Job Summary

Job opportunity for the post of General Manager of JIYes Learning Institute Panchkula is available for managing all Training & Development programs with other activities of the Institute. The candidate should have rich experience of working at the senior position of a reputed educational Institute/Academy or Edu. Company.

Responsibilities & Duties

• Responsible for running the center as a profit center and handling the collection of the center and making the P/L sheet for each session.
• Responsible to make MoU with the colleges to open the center of excellence in the colleges.
• Responsible for Training and Development of the students to make them industry ready and to provide them placement as per their aspirations.
• Responsible for evaluating feedback by using prescribed format and enhanced the effectiveness of future training thereof.
• Aggregating the demand and supply of employable skills and expanding partnerships with the corporate sector.
