JIYes Learning Institute is constituted u/s 8(1) of the Companies Act 2013, as a not for profit organization. Visionary Sh. Jawahar Lal Jindal founded this Institute with the mission that it be an institution of excellence in skilling ecosystem that continually responds to changing social realities through the development and application of knowledge and skills, towards creating a people-centered, ecologically sustainable and just society that promotes and protects dignity, equality, social justice and human rights for all.
