Role Overview: Technical Recruiter
Are you passionate about connecting top tech talent with industry-defining tech companies? We are looking for an ambitious Technical Recruiter to manage end-to-end IT staffing cycles for US and India client portfolios.
Responsibilities:
- Source, screen, and engage high-caliber software engineers, DevOps leads, and data scientists across LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, and job boards.
- Conduct initial competency evaluations and technical screenings.
- Coordinate interview loops with hiring managers, negotiate salary structures, and manage candidate engagement up to joining date.
