Selected candidate's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1 Provide guidance and assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms 2 Determine clients' needs and financials abilities to propose solutions that suit them 3 Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters, ensuring a fair and honest dealing 4 Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties' value 5 Display and market real property to possible buyers 6 Prepare necessary paperwork (contracts, leases, deeds, closing statements etc) 7 Manage property auctions or exchanges 8 Maintain and update listings of available properties 9 Cooperate with appraisers, escrow companies, lenders and home inspectors 10 Develop networks and cooperate with atto eys, mortgage lenders and contractors 11 Promote sales through advertisements, open houses and listing services 12 Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices 13 Assisting Head in sales & marketing of various residential projects of Builders & Developers 14 Meeting Targets with Quarterly Deadliness & Business Development operations.
