Karnataka Teachers Eligibility Test (KARTET) on Mid 2022
The Karnataka Teachers Eligibility Test (TET) to get eligibility to teach classes 1 to 8 (KARTET-2021) will be conducted in Mid 2022
Primary and Secondary Education Minister S Suresh Kumar said this in a press statement. Those, who have completed PUC, DEd can apply for grades 1 to 5 and for grade 8, one should have completed any degree with DEd or BEd.
Candidates who wish to appear for KAAR TET (Karnataka Teachers Eligibility Test 2021) can submit their applications up to July 2022
Candidates can apply online for KARTET-2022 through the department website www.schooleducation.kar.nic.in on or before 20/07/2022.
KARTET Application Procedure
The Candidate particulars can be edited only before submitting the application.
The particulars once filled by the candidate in Online Application is considered as final and will not be changed in future.
Request for change/correction in any particulars of the Online Application is not considered under any circumstance once declare option in the application is chosen.
Any discrepancy in information after the submission of application, the candidates is solely responsible for any consequences.
The CAC will not be responsible for any consequences arising out of non-acceptance of any correction/addition/deletion in any of the particulars once filled in the Final Online Application Page whatever may be the reason.
KARTET is an eligibility test only and has no claim for recruitment.
Eligibility:
Age limit: The minimum age limit is 18 years and the maximum age limit is 35 to 40 years as of the year of the examination. (Reserved Categories will be given a relaxation with the upper age limit).
KARTET Fee structure
Category Paper – I or II only I & II
General, 2A, 2B, 3A and 3B Rs.700/- Rs.1000/-
SC/ST/C1 only Rs.350/- Rs.500/-
Differently Abled Candidates are exempted from payment of examination fees.
Admission Card
The candidates may download their KARTET-2021 admission card from the department website www.schooleducation.kar.nic.in from 12/08/2021 onwards and appear for the examination at the given Centre. The admission card contains the details of the candidate as filled in the online application. In case of any discrepancy in the particulars of the candidate or his/her photograph and signatures shown in the admission card and downloaded Final online application, there is no provision for correction. CAC will not be responsible for any consequences arising out of non-acceptance of correction/addition/deletion of any particulars once filled in the online application.
