The UGC and AICTE have cleared backlog of Scholarships using a special grant of Rs.250 Crore from HRD Ministry, Union Ministr Prakash Javadekar said.

The University Grants Commission (UGC) and All India Council of Technical Education (AICTE) offers various scholarships to students all over India.
